JILICC Terms and Conditions | Platform Rules and Regulations

Article 1. Prerequisite for Registration

In order for the platform to adequately protect the rights and interests of its members, all new users must read the contents of these terms before using the platform’s services. Any user who does not read these terms yet complete the registration procedure will be subject to them and will be penalized for any violations of the said terms.

Article 2. The Scope of the Contract

The JILICC terms and conditions, upon registration, serves as a binding contract between the two parties involved, the registered user and the online casino. This contract covers the provision of online gaming services and other related services to all registered users and the rights and obligations of both user and platform.

Article 3. General Terms and Conditions

Each user can only have one registered account. If the platform detects that a user has multiple accounts, JILICC reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts and cancel all winnings credited to said account.
All registered users are obliged to protect the privacy of their own user accounts and login credentials. Any recorded instance of a user account being used to deposit, withdraw, and use funds will be interpreted as the registered user doing said transactions and the platform will not be liable for any recorded misuse of the account.
JILICC only provides its services to individuals that are of legal age. Any user who manages to circumvent this will not be able to withdraw real money from the platform.
JILICC reserves the right to refuse any user from registering or logging into the platform. The registration form serves as an invitation but the platform is not obliged to accept all applications into the platform. Registered users may be kept from logging in when their recorded usage data violates the terms and conditions of the platform.
JILICC reserves the right of final decision for interpreting bonus terms, system failures affecting platform operations, data corruption, and other related concerns.
All deposits must be doubled as a rollover requirement before players can make withdrawals.
